- STD Hotline: To speak to someone about a health concern, please contact the L.A. County STD Hotline at 800-758-0880. The STD Hotline can be used to get clinic referrals near you by ZIP code or to order free condoms or STD education materials by mail, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Health educators are available to answer questions in English and Spanish 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
